Kenya update
Well, I heard from Debra Snellen today. Without going into all the details, it’s been proposed that I lead a trip to Kenya next year. I would have an assistant leader (not yet determined), but I would be the team leader.
That’s a very scary thought. Even though, on paper, I was co-leader of this year’s Kenya trip, I’m not sure I contributed all that much from a leadership standpoint, and even during the weeks of preparation there were many things that Gail took care of simply because it made more sense for her to take care of them.
I told Debra I would think about it for a few days.
