Ask the embassy
I spent some time today registering the team with the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi. This isn’t required but could be important in the event of a natural disaster, civil unrest, etc. It basically just means the embassy has some record of who we are and what we’re doing in Kenya. One of many little details to take care of.
