A step too fahrenheit

I am currently cooking two frozen beef and bean burritos (38 cents each) in the microwave. Allow me to quote from the package:

4) Check that burrito is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.

All of those who plan to check the temperature of their 38-cent burrito in several spots with a food thermometer, please raise your hands.

I thought so.

Are additional instructions provided for those who wish to take the extra gourmet step of adding a half a slice of american cheese to the top of the burrito?

That made me laugh out loud. No small feat, considering I'm sicker than I've been in a long time, but that was really just hilarious!!!

I will definitely be sharing this with my family and friends.
I can’t wait to get my artificial Christmas tree out and start decorating it.
Wishing you all the best this holiday season and I’ll be coming back often to read your blog.
