Home again

I did very little yesterday except lay around. I had warned my editor in an e-mail last night that I wasn’t feeling well and would make a decision this morning about whether to come in.

I woke up this morning, and my throat still felt like sandpaper, although I didn’t feel quite as tired or wrung out. I’m tempted to think it’s some sort of allergy, although the Weather Channel shows most of the allergy indicators as being low.

Anyway, I showed up at the newspaper and my editor promptly sent me back home.
