Disqus

Dave Delaney was so enthusiastic about a new third-party comment system called Disqus that I decided to try it, so the “add comment” feature here may look a little different. The system allows more options for people to be notified when someone responds to a post, and it supposedly allows the comments for a post to become more like a conversation, with people responding to each other. We’ll see, and we’ll also see what impact, if any, it has on comment spam.

Try leaving a comment on this post so we can try it out.

Supposedly, if I reply to this notification e-mail, it will get added as a
    reply comment.

Disqus Profile is not another social media account. Rather it’s the universal management Facebook, or OpenID without a Disqus account, now all your comments .

I absolutely love Disqus and am happy that you guys are trying it out. I get all excited when I see other websites using Disqus, and it encourages me to leave a comment. :)
