We’ve been trying to use more video on the T-G web site, and — inspired by something I saw at the web site boot camp I attended earlier this month — I’ve started doing this each Thursday, on the day we publish our weekend activities column in the newspaper:

Please ignore the little echo at the end of the video. I was editing in a hurry, and I didn’t realize that somehow iMovie’s “fade out” transition had picked up and repeated a little snipped of audio.

Amazingly, this was taken with the tiny matchhead-sized camera built into the newsroom iMac. If I keep this up, we need to move the computer to a spot where the light is better.
