I’ve never had a working scanner before — my father tried to give me an old one some years back, but I could never get it to talk to my system. Today, I bought an all-in-one printer (see next post) and I rooted through my old, pre-digital photos to find a good one to scan. This is my father, my late grandmother, and my sister at a family picnic. I don’t know the exact year; my father was apparently still at the Bell Buckle / Blankenship / Ransom charge, because (judging from other photos in the set) the family gathering was at the parsonage in Bell Buckle.
