I hesitate to describe this clip in too much detail, lest I ruin the surprise. It will be of obvious interest to fans of the TV show “Scrubs,” but even if you’ve never seen the show, watch this clip — you’ll have a smile on your face by the end, I guarantee you.
The focus of the clip is a boom microphone operator, the crew member on a TV show or movie who holds a microphone on a very long pole over the actors to pick up their dialogue.
And listen for a great song, by the group Keane, towards the end.
