Lake Neuron

A week and a half ago, I talked about the Bolivia trip to our men’s club at church. Tonight, I talked to one of the women’s circles from church.

This is a difficult trip to talk about because it was, too often, defined by its challenges, and when I have to tell the story in the short version I come across as if I’m whining. The woman who produces much of the programming for our public access cable channel wants me to come back on her show and talk about the trip, but I’ve decided to decline.
