Because despite the law, people take matters into their own hands for a weekend or two before and after major holidays [Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, New Year's....etc.] Last night, Sunday night, my neighbor went outside at 10:37 p.m. and started shooting off fireworks. Right outside my bedroom window. On what planet is that acceptable???
