Chris Thomas, a blogger whose work I follow, has been blogging about his quest to eat every single sandwich on the menu at the Which Wich? sandwich chain. (I’ve never been, and I suspect it’s not the type of chain that would open in a town the size of Shelbyville.) Chris’s posts have been entertaining — and appetizing.

They also caught the attention of the chain’s founder, who was impressed enough to take Chris out to lunch. How cool is that?
