Reading and writing

I am experimenting with using web-based Gmail, instead of Thunderbird, as my normal mail application. Gmail now has a feature that will download POP mail from other accounts, so I can use the Gmail interface, which I’ve always liked, to read my Lake Neuron mail. If this works out, I’ll be able to access not only my current mail by my old saved messages from anywhere.

But I was also using Thunderbird to read RSS feeds; for that, I’m now playing around with Google Reader.
