Sleep? Who needs it?

Up until now, our play rehearsals have been from 7-9 p.m. Some nights we would do Act I, other nights we would do Acts II and III. Tonight, and from this point forward, we started at 6:30 and ran through the whole play.

Or we were supposed to start at 6:30. For various reasons, we didn’t get started until 7 or so and didn’t get done until nearly 10:30.

We did have a set tonight. It’s not painted or decorated yet, but it has functioning doors. There was no ladder for us to come down at the beginning of the play, but the remarkable Mikey Sneed was backstage working on it during Act I, and it was in place for us to go up at the end of Act III.

I hope I can make it through the next three weeks.
