The revenge of Bertie Wooster

I have just watched Hugh Laurie’s monologue on “Saturday Night Live,” and it’s so bizarre — after seeing so many hours of him as Dr. Greg House — to hear that British accent coming out of his mouth.

I know there’s little chance for a Stephen Fry cameo — especially since there was another unannounced cameo during the cold open — but a man can hope, can’t he?

Of course, given Laurie’s past as a classically-trained British actor, they had him doing fart jokes in the first sketch.
