Taking the stage

When I got through covering a brief school board meeting and headed towards Tullahoma this evening, I was feeling achy, tired, worn out. I’d had an on-and-off headache most of the day.

But I think rehearsal went well tonight. I’m feeling more and more comfortable with my lines. I missed a few cues tonight but it really wasn’t bad. We finally have a Paul. I don’t know him, but several of my cast-mates are quite familiar and comfortable with him, and he seems experienced enough to get down his lines and blocking in the two weeks (two weeks!) we have left.

I am so glad I tried out for this. I’m having a blast.
