Someone I knew once told of how he handled these situations. He’d chat with the person. If they needed something, he felt led to give it if he were able. He felt it wasn’t his to question the person’s motives, but in giving to model Christ. He’s led a few to Him and planted seeds along the way, too. Yep, I get uncomfortable thinking about it.
