Recent video games based on “The Godfather” and “Scarface” prove that video game tie-ins aren’t limited to current movies. Still, not every movie is suited for a tie-in video game. Here are some video tie-ins that perhaps should perhaps get a second thought:

  • The Tetris Chainsaw Massacre
  • Kramer vs. Kramer vs. The Alien Invaders
  • Escape From Brokeback Mountain
  • Yentl vs. Gentile
  • F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Legend of Zelda
  • Lawrence of Arabia Meets The Mummy
  • Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility: The First-Person Shooter

    # 5 is really good. I wonder how many will ‘get’ it?

By the way, I was perusing the STG that someone left lying in the breakroom at work today and I do believe I saw your byline…

Strange – I thought ‘that name rings a bell’.

I didn’t make the conection until I pulled up my Bloglines feeds after work….
