Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Jules.

Well, we had our final audition for “My Three Angels” tonight at Community Playhouse and I got the part of Jules, which was the part I had the most fun reading during auditions. (It corresponds to the Peter Ustinov part in “We’re No Angels.”) I could not be more thrilled.

We have a readthrough on Thursday and then start rehearsals proper on Monday. Unfortunately, I had Mountain T.O.P. meetings scheduled the next two Mondays. I may already have to miss a rehearsal the second week because of something I’m covering for the newspaper, and so I don’t want to miss two rehearsals the same week, nor do I want to miss our very first rehearsal. I have e-mailed our board chair, finance chair (one of the meetings has to do with finances) and our executive director throwing myself at their mercy and asking if I would be a terrible person for missing both meetings. I hope they will understand.

Production dates are Nov. 10-12 and 17-18. Those of you who are within striking distance can e-mail me for more information or click the Community Playhouse link above (which only seems to work in IE, not Firefox).
