I think I am coming down with a cold.

Better now than on Aug. 9, when I leave for Kenya, but given everything I have to accomplish over the next week and a half at work and with preparation for the trip now is not a good time either. I have started using Zicam, with which I’ve had good success — for me, anyway, it usually reduces the length and severity of a cold.

Here’s hoping it comes through for me again.
