I’ve been spending the past two days trying to figure out how I was going to juggle some unexpected overtime at work with my preparations for the Kenya trip. Then, tonight, I got an e-mail from one of the leaders of the missions program with which I take my Kenya trips asking me to add a new and potentially time-consuming aspect to my workshop preparation. I’ve e-mailed her back telling her I don’t think I can put together exactly what she wants in the time I will have available.

It’s hard to say “no,” and I always second-guess myself after doing so.
