Pudding

As a holiday treat tonight, I whipped up some of the chocolate pudding mix that Alton Brown showed on a recent episode of “Good Eats.” I then used the mix to make pudding, which is chilling in the fridge even as we speak.

It’s chilling in a nice new Rubbermaid container — my door prize at the company Christmas party today was a huge box with 20 such containers in a variety of sizes.

The warm pudding tasted good, except that I may have added a tiny bit too much salt. But I will let you know for sure once it’s chilled completely and I’ve tried it later tonight.
