Kenya continues in turmoil
A constitutional referendum failed in Kenya a few weeks back, probably not because of the content of the proposed changes but because voters saw it as a referendum on the sitting president, Mwai Kibaki. Now, he has fired the old cabinet, but his administration appears to be in trouble.
