I put together a new newsletter today to mail out to my mission trip partners, and I took this photo for it. The white bar is from my May 14 batch, the blue bar is from my Memorial Day batch. I should have thought to turn the lard box around so that the English-language name was facing forward; no one will know what “manteca” is.
