Interesting — I was just thinking yesterday how we met, and wondered if you were secretly working on the novel. I read so little of it before it did a masterful disappearing act from cyberspace.

I gave up all cable TV on Jan. 30, 2001, as a temporary austerity move. It's still missing from my mothly bills, as the price rises to astronomic heights. A broadband connection means much more to me. Broadcast channels are sufficient, though I miss the SciFi channel still. It's often difficult to get that spooky, weird, space fix from the mainline.

The novel! I need to go back to finishing it. I stopped when you mentioned rewriting but I'm curious now as to how different a rewriting would be from the original.
