Larry Rice interview

The new issue of The Door Magazine is off the presses, and my contributing editor’s copies came today, so it should be on newsstands in a few weeks. The magazine includes my interview with the Rev. Larry Rice, who runs a diverse ministry in and around St. Louis and who made the difficult decision to drop “prosperity doctrine” televangelists from his TV stations even though the revenue they provided helped fund his ministry to the homeless.

You may have to look for the magazine; it’s not widely distributed, but you can find it at some larger bookstores. The full interview won’t be posted to the web site while that issue is still out; if it goes up after that, I’ll put a link on my Door articles page.

  1. larry, i have not heard good news about you at all. If you are doing work for the Lord, you have to have a better more attitude with the men and more love for the ones who need it.

  3. You were recommended to me by His Life Ministries in Springfield, MO, Paula Hoer, Dir. Have you heard of these people? You were referred due to your interest in jail ministry. If this is all true, please respond and I’ll share further on some jail ministry visions we have in the Lebanon, Mo. area.
